Frequently Asked Questions

For Frequently Asked Questions we have Frequently Provided Answers

General Questions:

Q: How does it work?

A: Once you fill out the application, you'll be given a download link to a software application. It will work on either Mac or PC. Simply install and run the program, which will take you to your online banking. Bring up your last 30 days of banking history and hit the submit button on the top right of the screen and your records will be securely sent to our servers. We'll contact you as soon as we have verified your records.

Q: I need another loan, now what?

A: It couldn't be easier. Just open the screen capture application and submit your most recent account history. We'll automatically process a new loan application for you and contact you for the details.

Q: What's necessary?

A: You have to be of legal age to enter into a contract, which is 19 years of age. You must have regular employment income. You must be paid either by direct deposit or by cheque. If you have all these, then you are probably able to get a loan.

Q: Is a pension or Social Security acceptable income?

A: Not right now, but we are considering that as an option for the future. Stay tuned.

Q: What's the date format in the form?

A: We use ISO standard dates. For January 2, 1970 you would use 1970-01-02 instead of 2/1/1970.

Q: I was denied, but my situation is different now. Can I reapply?

A: Sure, not a problem. If you were denied for being unemployed and you're still unemployed, you will still be rejected though.

Q: When are you open for business?

A: We're around from 8-8, every day.
